专利摘要:
Fast focusing aiming system with open sights. Compound aiming system with aim and aiming point that allows to intuitively aim a weapon with greater speed without losing accuracy. The rise presents a structural configuration in the form of a reclining c, centered on the plank that the shooter observes, which determines a hollow and an open central cut superiorly, which in turn is faced with a point of view of cylindrical configuration located in the opposite end of the weapon. The same system achieves a very high degree of precision when the cylinder of the crosshairs is drilled and the arms of the c-shaped upholstery are aligned in height and drift with this perforation, which in turn allows to mark the center of the target where pretend to shoot. In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, several non-limiting examples of the recommended aiming system can be observed therein, which comprises what is indicated and described in detail below.
Thus, as seen in said figures, the example of the aiming system applicable to open-ended firearms, constructed in accordance with the principles of the present invention, is shown as a typical embodiment in Figure (1), which comprises a crosshairs (30) configured by a cylinder (31) with concentric perforation (32), countersunk at its front (36) and with a transverse upper notch, which is observed on a narrower vertical post (33), fixed to the weapon by a base (34), which faces and aligns with the arms (2a) of the frame (2) of a plank (60) of the rise (1) with adjustable mechanism, which incorporates a base (40), anchored to the weapon using a projection in the form of a dovetail (41), which is configured with a central groove (42) and a hole (43) at the end furthest from the eye of the shooter, to admit an axis, which holds the platform
(50) with lifting adjustment capacity and pivoting within the groove (42) of the base (40), and with respect thereto, on said axis.
In figure (2) it shows the perfect alignment of the arms (2a) of the frame (2) with the crosshairs (30) on a possible target. The plank (60) has an e-shaped section configuration on its front elevation, determined by a frame (2) that externally has variable configuration (Fig. 6a, 6b and 6c), for example rectangular or trapezoid, and internally It forms a hole (3), whose shape also varies, being able to be rectangular (6a), trapezoid (6b) or oval (6c), and there is also a central cut (4) open at its top, intended to center the cylinder (31) from the crosshairs (30) of the system itself. It is important to note that this central cut (4), as seen in these figures, is determined by the central space between the two arms (2a) of the aforementioned e-shape that has the frame (2), which are faced each other being aligned horizontally at the top of the hike and with their respective ends formed, preferably, by two horizontal surfaces (21) flush in the same plane, with their flat terminations (22) facing, vertical and parallel to each other. On the other hand, as shown in (Fig. 2), the frame and reduces the width (5) with respect to the total plank to the minimum expression that maintains its effectiveness. Understood as such, the one between 6 and 12 mm. At the same time the interior height of the hole (3) of the frame (2) of the plank (60) is determined, between 1.5 and 2.5 millimeters. Leaving the thickness of the frame (2) between 0.70 and 1.5 millimeters and adapting the upper central cut (4) of the frame (2) to the thickness of any sight, although it is established as effective, the one between the 2 and 3 millimeters wide.
(Fig. 3a) shows a lifting platform (50) where the prominent heel (13) can be seen, to which a non-transverse transverse cylindrical perforation (51) where the plank (60) is housed. (Fig. 3b) shows a lifting platform (50) that has decreasing thickness (54) to the prominent heel (13).
The surface of the plank (60) of the rise (1) observed by the user will be flat (61), smooth, and / or with knurled ridges, it will also have a slightly inclined arrangement (63) with respect to the vertical, as can be seen in (Fig. 5c).
The adjustable lifting mechanism (1) is pressed by helical springs, so that the spring (70) continuously pushes the lifting platform (50) upwards, the force of which is exceeded by a screw ( 80), threaded at the base of the rise (40), or directly on the weapon, which allows the up and down adjustment of said platform (50). For its part, the spring (73) continuously pushes out the plank (60) with lateral adjustment (Fig. 5b), which in this case will be retained by another screw. Both screws have been made in their head fine notches (81) to prevent their movement after each shot, which is responsible for the tip (71) and (74) of the thread of these driving springs (70) and (73 ), which are configured with a straight and horizontal termination with respect to these, and which sits on their notches. For this purpose, two holes have been made, one running (52) in the housing (53) of the screw head of the lifting platform (50), as seen in (Fig. 1), and another hole (62 ) on the bottom wall of the hollow of the tubular structure (64) of the plank (60) with lateral adjustment, as shown in (Fig. 5b), where the tip of these springs emerge. The spring (70) impeller of the lifting platform
(fifty)  it will be housed in holes (44) made in the base (40) of the lift (1), although in another embodiment of the invention they will rest directly on the weapon to reduce the total height of the lift (1). The spring (73) will be housed in the recess (65) of the tubular plank structure (60) with lateral adjustment.
According to figures 6a, 6b and 6c, three possible examples of the external variable configuration of the frame (2) of the plank (60) and internal of the hollow (3) thereof, in which, however, the central cut are observed (4) maintains the same characteristics to facilitate alignment with the crosshairs. In addition, it is also observed in all the options how, the said hollow (3) of the frame (2) is completely free of internal elements, consisting of a widely open space that allows to see the target. As can be seen, in all the examples, the arms (2a) determined by the central cut
(4)  of the frame (2) of the plank (60), they are configured by straight surfaces with facing flat terminations (22), although it is not ruled out that these arms (2a) can end in a point, in addition to having rounded outer edges.
For its part, (Fig. 7) shows a fixed non-adjustable rise (1), with plank (60), configured from the lying C-shaped frame (2), characteristic of the invention that is being exposed, with the arms (2a) facing each other and a wide gap (3) free of obstacles, which is fixed to the weapon by a dovetail (41).
Fig. 8 shows a lifting platform (50), in this case with plank (60) integral with it, which is only applicable to elevations with height adjustment mechanism. Thus, the appendages (2a) of the frame (2) of said plank (60) arise directly from the lifting platform (50), whose back has, at its end closest to the eye of the shooter, a projection at its bottom (13), as a heel, which adjusts with the end of the interior plane (45) of the groove (42) of the base (40) where the arm (50) sits.
(Fig. 9) shows in this case an example of a lifting platform (50) of the lift (1), configured with two lateral protuberances (55) which, fitted in the holes (46) of the base (40), ( Fig. 10), block any longitudinal displacement of said platform (50) at the time of firing, in addition to receiving the lifting springs
(70) of it.
(Fig. 11a) shows a lifting platform (50) of the hike (1) of modular configuration that, by means of interchangeable parts (10), allows the change of the arms (2a) of the frame (2), thanks to the configuration of the lifting platform (50), with two recesses (56) at the end closest to the eye of the shooter, where two claw-shaped pieces (10) are inserted through pins or screws (12) to achieve an absolute block (Fig. 11b). The back of the lifting platform (50) is configured at its end closest to the eye of the shooter with a prominent heel (13) pierced by two holes (11) that, as said, house the pins or screws (12) which hold the claw-shaped side plates (10). The opposite end of the platform (50) is also perforated (43) transversely to allow the passage of the axis on which it pivots, and also has decreasing thickness (51) (Fig. 3b) from the location of the hole (43) to the prominent heel (13).
(Fig. 12a and 12b) show two common examples in this aiming system, with sights (30) configured with a cylinder (31) with transverse recess (35), with concentric perforation (32) and frontal countersinking (36 ), to admit, for example, the head of an optical fiber, all highlighted on a post (33) narrower than this cylinder (31), and which are fixed to the weapon by a base (34), frontal or transverse, in dovetail, which faces and aligns with the arms (2a) of the frame (2) of the plank (60) of the lift (1), either fixed or with adjustable mechanism.
